Last week, the Chesham Community Fridge was delighted to be awarded £470 by Waitrose Chesham in support of its work in reducing food waste.
The donation comes as part of Waitrose & Partners' ongoing Community Matters scheme. Three local charities are selected with Waitrose customers voting for their favourite each time they shop. The amount each good cause receives is proportionate to the number of green tokens.
